Modern Family Beach House w/ Heated Pool + Golf Cart - Near Beach/Dining

As advertised. Great for kids and convenient location for beach, bars, and restaurants. Would definitely book again.

My family loved this place! It was the cleanest rental I’ve ever been to! Great for families! Quite a few board games that were brand new, a few books, and color books and crayons. The garage was loaded with goodies to take to the beach (chairs, umbrellas, sandcastle gear, coolers). The beds were great, although firm. Nice sheets, plenty of pillows and blankets. Location was so easy to get to the beach, and very quiet. Absolutely would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time. The house is in a great location. Super clean and was exactly as shown in pictures. The pool was so nice and cool on the hot says. I owner was so easy to work with. I would highly recommend this house.

This home was clean and had everything we needed to make ourselves at home for the week. We loved having the golf cart to go eat or to the beach. There is also a nice park within walking distance that our toddler loved. The pool is beautiful and is the perfect temperature. I would highly recommend staying here and we would definitely check it’s availability when we return to the area for future trips.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay, along with our adult children. The location to the everything was excellent. We loved the feel of Indian Rocks Beach, as it wasn't as crowded as other beach towns we stayed at. The home had plenty of space for all of us. The golf cart was a plus helping to get us to the beach daily. Our children loved having the pool to cool off after a long day of the beach or a day of shopping. Communicating with the host was excellent they always responded quickly. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone who wants to go to a laid-back beach town.
